By using the NOORHOME website or buying any product from it, you accept the following terms. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and UAE Dirham and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices before an order is confirmed only — a confirmed order price never changes.

Products remain NOORHOME property until payment is complete. Use must follow the installation guide and the specified operating environment (temperature, humidity, voltage); misuse, opening the unit yourself, or installation by an unqualified party voids the warranty.

The warranty excludes breakage and misuse, tampering with embedded firmware, damage from power fluctuations or lightning, and indirect losses such as data loss. We comply with consumer protection law in Saudi Arabia and the UAE; disputes are first addressed through amicable negotiation, then before the competent authority in the country of purchase.

Site content — text, images and design — belongs to NOORHOME and may not be used commercially without written permission. The app runs on Android and iOS; compatibility with legacy hardware outside the published support list is not guaranteed.

All NOORHOME hardware carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date on your invoice.

Covered: manufacturing faults in electronic and mechanical parts, abnormal battery degradation, display or glass defects at arrival, and wireless faults that persist after firmware update or factory reset.

Not covered: breakage and misuse, installation in environments outside published limits (such as an indoor camera mounted outside), opening the unit yourself, and firmware tampering.

How to claim: send your order number, a description and a photo or short video on WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours and choose the faster route: immediate replacement in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Dubai within 3 business days, or collecting and repairing the unit within 7–10 business days. A replaced unit carries a fresh 3-year warranty on the same defect.

The warranty is transferable if you sell the device or move home — just forward the original invoice. Spare parts remain available for 7 years after a model is discontinued, which is what makes NOORHOME a long-term decision rather than a quick deal.

You have 14 days to return or exchange any product bought from NOORHOME, provided it's in original condition with packaging and accessories. Three clear cases:

First, the product arrives damaged: send a photo or short video on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost within 3 business days, with priority installation if it was part of a package.

Second, you changed your mind: we accept the return within 14 days and refund in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after a simple inspection. A 25 SAR handling fee applies if the product is undamaged.

Third, a manufacturing defect after use: covered by the 3-year warranty — we repair or replace at no cost to you.

Exclusions: customised or wall-embedded products, devices opened and installed in contractor systems, and final-sale items discounted above 40% are exchangeable but non-refundable. We do not accept returns for known incompatibility that was stated on the product page.

We ship from two warehouses — Riyadh and Dubai — to serve Saudi Arabia and the UAE quickly.

Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah — 1–3 business days. Other regions and Aramex remote areas — 3–5 business days. UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman — 1–2 business days. Other emirates — 2–4 business days. Free delivery on orders over 500 SAR / 490 AED; below that, 25 SAR / 25 AED.

Whole-home packages include free delivery and installation in the major cities listed on the package page.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Saudi Arabia and the UAE up to 5,000 SAR, with phone verification before dispatch. COD orders ship the same day once your number is confirmed.

Every order carries a tracking number sent by WhatsApp and SMS, plus a message one hour before arrival. If a parcel arrives opened or short, photograph it before signing and we'll handle it immediately.

Customs delays or courier failure: we chase the shipment for you within 24 hours and keep you updated; if the delay passes 7 business days we refund your shipping cost.
